The Doctor is at Your Door provides ongoing, in-home medical care in the comfort and familiarity of each patient’s residence, including assisted living facilities. Our focus is on managing chronic conditions and overseeing medications, with routine visits scheduled approximately every 4–6 weeks.
Our dedicated team of four experienced healthcare providers serve patients throughout the greater Austin area, including Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos, Wimberley, Buda, and Kyle.

Jose R Garcia, MD
Physician / Owner
Dr. Garcia, now celebrating 50 years in medical practice, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Since 2003, he has been committed to delivering in-home care with both clinical excellence and heartfelt dedication to his patients.
Sabainah Ogunrinade, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Sabainah Ogunrinade, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of nursing experience, specializing in comprehensive home-based care. Passionate about patient-centered care, Sabainah is dedicated to helping patients maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Jaime Caro, PA
Physician's Assistant
Jaime Caro has over 23 years of experience in cardiology and a strong background in internal medicine. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Pan American, he has also served as a home provider for 10 years.

Cindy Garcia, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services to individuals and couples across Texas and Colorado. Cindy fosters a safe, compassionate environment and incorporates holistic strategies to promote lasting mental health.
